He was also a member for more than 60 years of the Masonic Lincoln Lodge No. 523 in Macy, where he was a past Master; York Rite in Sebring; the Highlands County Chapter No. 64 R.A.M. for more than 55 years and was a past High Priest. For more than 45 years, he was a member of the Heartland Council No. 43 R&SM; Bartow Commandery No. 15 K.T. for more than 45 years; the York Rite College No. 31 in Orlando, Fla; The High Twelve Club No. 575 in Avon Park, Fla; the Egypt Temple Shrine in Tampa, Fla; OES No. 65 for more than 45 years, where he was past Patron, and the past Commander of VFW No. 1343 in Rochester, where he was a charter member since 1946.
Mr. Fouts is survived by his son, Stanley D. Fouts, Sebring; grandchildren, Cathy Treloar and Steven Fouts; and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Audria E. (Norman) Fouts; daughter, Virginia Stephenson; brother, Harold Fouts; and sister, Marjorie Fields. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to: Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home, Sebring, FL.2
