She is survived by two daughters, Barbara Ellen Beard of Hagerstown and Linda Kay Risinger of Winchester, Va; one son, Clarence Benton Ruppenthal Jr. of Hedgesville; six brothers, Herbert McBee of Deltona, Fla., Leroy McBee of Berkeley Springs, Darrel McBee of Irving, Texas, LeGarde McBee, Bernard McBee and Eugene McBee, all of Martinsburg; eight grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren. Services were held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, December 16, at the Hedgesville United Methodist Church. The Rev. Clark J. Redmond officiated. Burial was in Spohrs Cross Roads Cemetery in Morgan County. Arrangements were handled by the Brown Funeral Home.5

The deceased was a native of Morgan county, a son of the late John and Delilah Michael Householder. For many years he engaged in farming in the Spohrs Cross Roads section.
Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Charles McBee and Mrs. Harry Harden, Berkeley Springs; Mrs. Luther Kesecker, Hancock, Md., and Mrs. Clarence Crawford, Hayesville, Ohio, and two sons, Harley and Kelley, both of Berkeley Springs. Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon at Spohrs Cross Roads with the Rev. E.D. Spencer, the pastor, officiating. Burial was in the adjoining cemetery.3
