Funeral will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 o’clock at Providence Friends Church, conducted by the pastor, Rev. Thomas Andrews, assisted by Rev. Victor Murchison. Interment will be in the burying ground at Level Cross.
Mr. Pugh was a son of the late Arch M. and Roxana Pugh of this community. He was first married to Miss Della M. Hinshaw, whose death occurred two years ago. Some time ago he was married to Mrs. Minnie Elliott, who survives, together with four daughters, Mrs. John Curtis, Climax; Mrs. Dewitt Richardson, High Point; Mrs. Frank Clark and Mrs. Annie Kanoy, both of Greensboro, and one son, Joseph L. Pugh, Greensboro. Another son, Hal W. Pugh, died some years ago.2
