Kenneth DeSpain, loving husband, father and grandfather went to be with his Lord and Savior, April 2, 2007. He was born in San Francisco, California on October 1, 1923 to George and Ruth DeSpain. He worked as a chef, and food service manager for 45 years. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Ila DeSpain; daughters, Sheila Giardina, Dawn Holleman and Lavuan Dean; and his son, Del DeSpain; grandchildren, Samantha Dosier, Axel Savage, Krista Dumatrait, Heather Judd, Hilary Dean, Jasmine Holleman, Hope Dean and Grant Holleman; great- grandchildren, Wayne Reyes, Misty Reyes, Buddy Reyes, Logan Judd and Maddox Dumatrait. He was a joy and so full of life. He will be missed by his family and friends. There will be a memorial service for Ken at Daybreak Baptist Church on Saturday at 11:30 a.m. Officiating will be Pastor Larry Dotson. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the Children & Youth Ministry at Daybreak Baptist Church. Kenneth DeSpain Oct. 1, 1923 - Apr. 2, 2007.3
