She was a daughter of the late William Perry and Ruby Rosetta Warren Young and the wife of the late Alford R. Johnson and the late Rural Albert Curtis. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Teresa Bailey. Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at J.C. Kirby & Son Funeral Home, Broadway Avenue chapel, with burial in Mount Pleasant Church of Christ Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Survivors include two sons, Eddie Curtis of Moline, Ill., and Lyle Johnson and his wife, Patricia, of Bowling Green; a daughter, Jane Daniel of Bowling Green; a sister, Eva Edgar of Bowling Green; grandchildren, Shatana Johnson, Shedrick Johnson, April Daniel, Rural Daniel, R.E. Daniel, Stacy Curtis, Tonya Curtis and Tammie Curtis; nine great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.1
