A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 16, 2002, in Newberg Friends Church for Pastor Dale Field, who died July 12 at age 79.

Pastor Field was born Dec. 17, 1922, in Waynoka, Okla. He served in the Army Air Corps during World War II in the South Pacific. He graduated from Friends Bible College (now Barclay College) and was a minister for more than 50 years. He moved to Dundee one year ago. In 1946, he married DeLoris Winters.

Survivors include his wife; son, Gale; daughters, Janice Thompson and Sheryl Chenoweth; and six grandchildren.

Remembrances to Barclay College in Haviland, Kan. Arrangements by Attrell's Newberg Chapel.2

She married Wayne "Buck" HOWARD on January 12, 1941 in Booker. He died in 1989. She was an active member of the Booker Friends Church, and a member of the Women's Missionary Union. She also taught Sunday School and Vacation Bible School. She was an auxiliary volunteer at Twin Oaks Manor. She was also preceded in death by a son, Wendell Dale HOWARD; a sister, Viletta FISH; and a brother, Delmar FIELD. She is survived by one son, Wayne L. HOWARD, of Pampa; one daughter, Connie L. RABE, of Booker; one brother Dale FIELD, of Seiling, Oklahoma; eight grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. The family suggests memorials to Booker Friends Church Scholarship Fund, P.O. Box 349, Booker, TX 79005.

She is survived by two sons, Edward Fish, of Borger, and Bobby Fish, of Abilene; two stepsons, Gary Adams, of Stinnett, and Denny Adams, of Davis, Okla; two daughters, Donna Litterell, of Borger, and Kathy Stamper, of Abilene; two brothers, Delmer Field, of Claremore, Okla., and Dale Field, of Easton, Kan; one sister, Vinetta Howard, of Booker; 18 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. PANHANDLE - Elmer Irwin Fish, 66, died Friday, Aug. 9, 1991 in the VA Regional Hospital in Amarillo. Services are pending with Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors of Panhandle. A native of Beaver, Okla., he had lived in Panhandle since 1984. He was employed by NN Gas until 1982 when he retired. He was a member of the Assembly of God Church in Panhandle, and a World War II Army veteran. Survivors include his wife, Edna M. Fish of the home; two sons, Edward Fish of Borger; and Bobby Fish of Abilene; two daughters, Donna Litterell of Borger; and Kathy Stamper of Abilene; three brothers, Roy Fish of Turpin, Okla; Robert Fish of Balko, Okla; and James Fish of Oklahoma; two sisters, Damon Miller and Minnie Clements, both of Amarillo; and seven grandchildren.2
 
Death*He died on 9 August 1991 at Amarillo, Potter, Texas, at age 66; buried at Panhandle Cemetery in Carson County.1,2

Almalee Field Duesing, 71, of Ridgedale, Mo., formerly of Spearville, died Tuesday, July 27, 1999, at Skaggs Community Health Center, Branson, Mo. Mrs. Duesing was born January 11, 1927, at Spearville, the daughter of Grover and Alma Augusta Holmes Field. She was a longtime resident of Taney County and was a retired school teacher. She was a member of the Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church, Branson, Mo. Survivors include: her husband, James Duesing, of the home; five children, David J. Duesing of Maryville, Mo; Daniel L. Duesing, Springfield, Mo; Annette L. David of Branson, Mo; Kathleen M. Gaffke, Warrengton, Mo; and Eric A. Duesing of Woodridge, Ill; one brother, Earl Field, Hays; four grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Funeral was at 9a.m., Friday, July 30, at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church, with Msgr. Philip Bucher officiating. Burial was in the Holy Cross Cemetery, Windthorst. Memorials are suggested to the National Association for the Blind.3
