Street at Bozeman, Montana, April 20, 1936, aged seventy-two years, eight months and nineteen days. She was united in marriage to Summers Elliott on February 22, 1888. To this union were born five children, the eldest died in infancy. Those surviving are Lowell and Frank of La Plata, Hollis and Arelene of Bozeman, Montana, one granddaughter, Roma Dea Elliott of La Plata, five grandsons, James Weldon Elliott of La Plata, Hayden and J. Frank Curtis of Fort Benton, Montana. ---In early girlhood she united with the Christian Church and was a consistent member until the time of her death. Mrs. Elliott had been in poor health for several years and every loving deed that could be done for her by her devoted family was done, especially her daughter who cared for her so tenderly during the past two years, but no skill or love could keep her longer here. She has gone to join her husband who preceded her in death March 31, 1922. Funeral services were conducted at the La Plata Christian Church this afternoon at 3:00, conducted by Rev. Alfred Munyon of Marceline, Missouri. The body was brought to La Plata and taken to the home of her son and wife, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Elliott, where it lay in state from 12:00 until 3:00.
