Dallas E. BEMENDERFER expired about 5 o’clock last Tuesday morning at his home two miles northwest of Akron. One year ago last June he commenced complaining and it was not long until it was known that he was suffering from that grim destroyer, consumption. Even though everything was done that could be done to wrest him from that awful doom, yet nothing availed, even though a trip to the West this summer failed in its purpose. Mr. Bemenderfer is the only son of W. J. and Mrs. BEMENDERFER, was a prosperous and highly respected citizen, and will be sorely missed by his family and community. (Akron item) [d.
