Surviving are a niece, Mrs. Nancy HILL, Denver, Colo., and a nephew, Albert KWADER, Pioneer, Ohio. A sister, Charlotte KWADER, died in 1974.⁵

A granddaughter and three sisters preceded in death. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Olive Bethel Church of God, the Revs. Robert FIELDS and James MALBONE officiating. Services for James J. ELLISON, 73, 8515 East 200 North, Akron, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Olive Bethel Church of God, north of Akron, with Rev. Lynne JESSUP officiating. Burial will be at the Nichols Cemetery, north of Akron. Friends may call from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Friday at the Hartzler Funeral Home, Akron. Memorials may be made to the Hospice of Kosciusko County or the Olive Bethel Church of God, Akron. Mr. Ellison died at 5 a.m. Wednesday at home. He was born in Anderson to Joseph F. and Edith M. NEALIS ELLISON. On Dec. 7, 1941 in Akron, he married Minnie WHITE, who survives. He served in the Army during World War II. He was a farmer and member of the Olive Bethel Church of God. Surviving with his wife are a son, Charles F. ELLISON, Akron, and a sister, Betty STEPHENS, iddlevbuerg, Fla. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Cheryl [ELLISON], and two brothers.³
