By The Associated Press A rural Culver man was killed early today when his car was struck by a semitrailer truck on the U.S. 31 bypass two miles east of Plymouth. The victim was Howard E. WHITE, 40, R.R. 2, Culver. Police said he had stopped his car along the road and was struck from the rear by the truck. A passenger in the car, Mrs. Shirley SRYMANSKI, 38, South Bend, was hospitalized in Plymouth in critical condition, police said. The truck driver, Donald ROSETTO, 40, R.R. 1, Lebanon, was uninjured.²
