He was preceded in death by his parents, Arnold Norman Tarpley and Edith Curtis Tarpley. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Jeannine Tarpley of Cleveland; son, Arnold L. Tarpley and wife, Renee, of Cleveland; sisters: Hazel Marie Beshears and Marlene Hall, and husband, Claude, all of Cleveland and Inez Jones of Plant City, Fla; brothers: David Tarpley and wife, Pat, and Kenneth Tarpley and wife, Barbara, all of Cleveland; and several nieces and nephews. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 8, 2008, in the chapel of Fike Funeral Home with the Rev. Jack Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens with David Tarpley II, Ken Tarpley, Chuck Beshears, Marvin Jones, Jonathan Jones and Kris Jones serving as pallbearers.4 |
