Survivors include two sons, James Albert Curtis and Joseph Allen Curtis, both of Lenoir; four daughters, Mrs. Barbara Bowman and Mrs. Rebecca LeFevre, both of Lenoir, Mrs. Gloria Griffin of Stoneville, N.C., and Mrs. Jane Davis of Morganton; 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 30, 2005, at 11 a.m. at Greer-McElveen Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Rev. Phillip King. Interment will follow in Confidence Advent Christian Church Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Josh Whisnant, Jason Whisnant, Jimmy Bowman, Eric LeFevre, George Curtis and Rick Curtis.5
