He is survived by his beloved wife of 55 years, Mary (Spicer) Walling of Evansville, daughter, Linda Rustin of Evansville, granddaughter, Christina Walling of Evansville, great grandchildren, Damien Armstead, Kenneth Colbert, Jr., Keniyah Walling and Zon'Yell Walling and great great grandchild, Jerimyah Armstead. He was preceded in death by grandson, Zyrale Walling in 2004. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Westpark Rehabilitation Center for their excellent care of Robert. Funeral Services will be held at 11 am, Monday, June 20, 2011 at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel - 5330 Washington Avenue with Kevin Scott officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery where the Vanderburgh County Retired Veterans Club will perform full military rites. Friends may call from 2 pm until 8 pm, Sunday, June 19, 2011 at Boone Funeral Home - East Chapel. No Ruz Grotto will conduct a walk through at 6:30 pm and Evansville Masonic Lodge #64 will hold a Memorial Service at 7 pm.3 |
