KINGMAN, Kan. - Services for Weldon Leon Settle, 61, sales clerk at Calvert's Department Store here, who died Tuesday, will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday in Kingman Christian Church. He was a lifetime Kingman resident. He was a member of Kingman Christian Church where he had been deacon, elder, church treasurer, board chairman and Sunday school superintendent for many years. He also was a member of Masonic Lodge and Order of Eastern Star. Survivors include his widow, Stella; a son, Weldon Jr; Minneapolis, Minn; two daughters, Mrs. Carolyn Marlier, Wichita, and Mrs. Joan Shufelberger, Topeka; two brothers, Mack, Kingman, and Adrain, Midland, Tex; and two sisters, Mrs. Laveta Craig, Denver, and Mrs. LaRene Paschal, Corona, Calif. A memorial has been established with Kingman Christian Church. Livingston Mortuary has charge.⁴
