He retired as operator of H.W. Mills Service Station. He was a member of Round Hill and Gainesboro, Va., Volunteer Departments. He was a member of Burnt Presbyterian Church, where he served as deacon and elder.
He is survived by his wife, Martha Virginia (Bohrer) Graham and one sister, Helen Zeilor, Winchester, Va. Services were conducted Thursday, July 16, at Omps Funeral Home, Winchester, Va., with Rev. A.L. Stanley and Rev. James Guthrie officiating. Interment was in Mt. Hebron Cemetery, Winchester, Va. Memorials may be directed to Burnt Presbyterian Church, c/o Mary Alice Massey, Rt. 5, Box 782, Winchester, VA.4

Surviving are two sons, Floyd and Woodrow, and four daughters, Mrs. Charles Frederick, Mrs. Walter Neely, Mrs. William Miller and Miss Della May. One sister, Mrs. Tamson Henry, and 16 grand children also survive. Funeral services were conducted at Bethel Methodist Church, South, Sunday afternoon by Rev. J.C. Spindler. Interment was in Greenway cemetery.7

Charles Floyd Fleece, 66, life long resident of Berkeley Springs, died Thursday, August 4, in Baker VA Hospital, near Martinsburg, where he was a patient several days. Born in Morgan County, November 27, 1893, he was a son of the late Edward and Annie Yost Fleece. He was a veteran of World War I and was an orchard worker and general laborer.
Surviving are: four sisters: Mrs. Charles Frederick, Mrs. J.W. Neely, Mrs. Walter Neely, Mrs. Della M. Miller and a brother, Woodrow Fleece, all of Berkeley Springs. Services were held Sunday afternoon at the Hunter Funeral Home with the Rev. C. G. Russell, of the Methodist Circuit, officiating. Burial with full military honors by members of Alderton-Dawson Post 60, American Legion, was in Greenway Cemetery. Veterans of World War I served as bearers.2
