Obit | Elimina's obituary was published in the Times Free Press on 15 September 2003: Elmina Mull Leamon, 87, of Ooltewah, died Saturday, Sept. 13, 2003, in a local hospital. A lifelong resident of the Chattanooga area, she was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by three sons, R.C., Johnny Ben, and Ray Gene Leamon. Mrs. Leamon was also the wife of the late John Leamon. Survivors include two daughters, Evelyn Leamon and Carolyn Leamon, both of Ooltewah five sons, Ed, Kenneth, Marvin, Terry and Michael Leamon, all of Ooltewah; three sisters, Benny Swafford, Elizabeth Davis and Gladys Gates, all of Cleveland, Tenn; 22 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Don Dunn officiating. Interment will be in Lakewood Memory Gardens, East.5 |
